IMAX: A Beautiful Planet Immersive Photo Booth - SXSW
To promote the release of IMAX's latest feature documentary A BEAUTIFUL PLANET, we created an immersive three-dimensional, panoramic photo experience that allowed 2016 SXSW festival-goers to float above our beautiful planet. By setting up an arc of 15 coordinated cameras around a giant green screen, we were able to generate swooping, panoramic space videos perfect for sharing on social.
This experience was part of the official 2016 SXSW opening party.
